Texas Longhorn Beef For Sale Grass Fed, Pasture Raised, Lean Texas Beef.
Since we have had these cows, we have not used any antibiotics or hormones on them. They are pasture raised and fed. Their winter feed is hay and is supplemented with alfalfa and organic cattle feed. Texas Longhorn Beef has the benefit of being a very lean meat with very little fat and needs to be cooked accordingly.
We currently have cattle for sale. You can pick them up or have them delivered to a local butcher. Other arrangements may also be made.
